Yeast Inf

I know this is TMI, but I'm on women's health, so I have my first yeast infection and sucks! I used the cream MONSTAT tonight and I just woke up 10 minutes ago itching like crazy, i cannot even get back to sleep any home remedies? Is this normal? and when to go.

Yes it is normal. Please, instead of itching is go to the bathroom and get a washcloth, wash the area gently and reapply the cream. Apply to inside and outside.

Other things too (although nobody can say what you are) Preparation H and athletes foot cream.

Also, you should be drinking more water if you have a yeast infection. This will clean your system.

If you can not stand the water and try to tea or put a little cranberry juice in water.

Put toothpaste on it. I use Colgate Total.

There is a chance that the cream Pressure switch is not strong enough for your infection. If the itching does not disappear in the next two days, you should see a doctor. They can reccommendations / prescribe medication Stong.

Sometimes it helps to eat yogurt and / or application of the plain flavor in the vagina, it is only to be washed within 12 hours
not much to do about it tonight, but tomorrow u can call ur MD (reg or gynecologist) and get the yeast infection pill

If this is your first day of treatment, then yes it itches like crazy. There is no way to remedy this situation. It should start to feel better by day 3 if you take the option of 7 days of treatment.

you can try some suppositories if you havent already .. continue to use the cream for another day or so .. if not better please consult a physician.

It seems there reall gross but it works. Use plain yogurt on your vaginal area. It has enzymes that destroy the infection. I'm allergic to medicines for yeast infections and my doctor told me to do. Works like a charm!

Plain yogurt girl ... or try a topical cream more you scratch the more it itches. Have you ever heard of Itchin for a scratch? LOL

U need to be sure it is a yeast infection. This could be a bacterial inf. and if so MONISTAT will only worse. They are related to the test against yeast infections so you can be sure. If it is bacterial you will need antibiotics.

Do not use antibacterial soap, there, in fact, do not use antibacterial soap at all. which could bring about.

as a cure, just a stab, but maybe you feel better over there with some yogert culture alive?

For yeast infection I suggest u see our doctor. u may need cream or maybe u need to take anti-biotics. see doc.
