Weight Gain During PmsWhat can I do to stop cravings and weight gain during PMS?

Each month, the same thing. I feel like I can not stop eating. I can tell a big difference in my appetite during the premenstrual syndrome and I always feel bloated during this period. I hate feeling hungry all the time but I do not want to give and gain weight either. I try to start a diet, but still want to throw it out the window when PMS rolls.

One thing I do when my appetite is out of whack, or I wish is to buy candy or hard candy. Life Savers is really good on sugar free. In addition, Fuze makes a line of fruit drinks called thinning that are available in regular grocery stores ... 10 calories for the whole bottle (it is great). Just keep plenty of food around that does not make you gain weight as the low-fat yogurt, fruit or snacks (like fruit roll tops) or baked chips if you want to snack. Watch your sodium if you have found the time to bloated.Once Nice to take a long walk and you'll feel better all around.

Geez, you sound like me! I do the same thing, only to begin a diet to get hit with cravings and PMS from an I feel the desire to go alone to win whatever I lost during my period! Very frustrating!
