Vulval Warts

Hello, I am 6 months pregnant with my second child, 12 months ago I was diagnosed with a form of mind that genital warts were treated and released today, a couple of months, I noticed a pea-sized lump left on my vulva, the song is quite hard under the skin, but as a dark gray / black on top of the skin ..

I read the warts can cause cancer vulvar noticalble a bump and I'm very worried, can someone help me or give me some advice ..???
