Vitamins For Pms

I have bad PMS - as I Batsh * t crazy evil nature.

I'm taking vitamins for women (and I watched it the vitamins may lack some women in that trigger PMS symptoms bad).

I wonder should I just take it during my "off" week? (I'm on the pill) or should I continue taking it even if I'm not on my week off. I talked to my doctor and the only option I have is Prozac for my aunt flow days (no more than they say ... Thank Prozac takes at least three weeks of work) or taking the pill continuous.

Also, do vitamins in the same way? It takes some time for this to work or does the body absorb vitamins at once?

I had simular problem with PMS. But I do not want to take birth control. So I did some research online and found that the vitamin B complex as well. I tried it and it works! I bought generic vitamin B complex, the double force. I noticed right away in one hour. I read that it is common that women need B-complex supplements. B vitamins are more effective when taken as a B-complex. They complement each other. At the time, I feared that vitamins do not work (pass through my system quickly), and read that folic acid to help women retain the vitamin. But I have not had to use folic acid, B complex work (double strength) very well. They are pretty cheap too. I think I paid less than $ 10 at Walmart for a 3 months supply ... which is cheap considering the benefits. Oh, and I would continue to take, even with the pill. It is good to keep in your system. I do not know about vitamins, but there is a product called "Midol" for symptoms of PMS, works very well
