Has anyone heard of the vegetable soup diet? I heard that this soup is generally recommended for patients who have weight problems or high cholesterol, one week before surgery?
I have heard of several "soup" of plans before. They work only because of the amount of water in the soup people feel full and soup usually does not horrible amounts of fat and are a lot of vegetables. But if you eat 4000 cal. worth of soup a day and do the exercises will not work
I tried the cabbage soup diet
absolutely impossible to remain on !!!!!!!!!
Yes, but I do the recipe ... my mother did once, but won back, in British Columbia, she began to eat normally after. Quick schemes are mostly just that - fast and the results are ephemeral ...
Yes most soups low in calories and fat and you can lose weight, just eat soup and drink lots of water.
Try the tomato soup and thick thats good! its really good. it doesn't taste of tomatoes.
Try the chicken and rice soup. Really
No, good idea
yes the cabbage soup diet but it works for a short period only for the drastic weight loss before surgery. consult an occupational scheme.
I did this several times and the weight just fell on me. You have to stick with it though, and it is enough to say, but it's only a week and then if you do not lose what you want, go for the start two days before repeating .
