Used Bone Density Machines

Used Bone Density MachinesIs an elliptical machine considered weight-bearing exercise?

I use the elliptical machines at the gym. Is this considered a weight bearing exercise if? I am concerned about osteoporosis and maintain bone density. If not there are other weight bearing exercises good?? Thank you!

If I understand Elipitical not the weight bearing ... it is aerobic.

Weight bearing exercise that is a strength-training equipment at the gym as the press leg or arm curls. Everything you use the weight as resistance. And any decent gym there is usually a plethora of fitness equipment and they are all good for different things.

Maybe schedule a consultation with a coach and they can help you find the best for osteoporosis and bone density.
