Typical Menstrual Cycle

My partner has a weekly injection of testosterone. My periods have been irregular lately, and missing entirely over the last few months. I had cramps and bloating on a fairly regular basis (every three weeks, more or less), but no time. My typical menstrual cycle tends to about five weeks, or 35-38 days. My menstrual cycle tends to synchronize with other quite easily (friends, colleagues, etc.), but my research efforts have yielded little information. Ideas?
