Swollen Hip

A few days ago, I discovered my hip was swollen. It was a little sore at first. Im 19 and its round and maybe the size of a small golf ball. All comments on what it could be? Im thinking maybe its Lipoma or something. Thank you pour votre aide.

I am not a doctor, but I do not believe the size of a lymphoma of a golf ball would pop up in just a few days.
You probably just hit it.
I used to bump my hips all the time when I was younger, usually at the corner of clowns, they are just the right height!
These days, I have an extra layer of fat to cushion the shock! a˜º
Do not worry, unless it is much bigger or becomes painful, then the best to have it checked by your doctor.
