Storm Sub Wart

I bought a small crankbait when I was little (you know, children who love fishing, always wants to buy stuff), and discovered it was a wart on crank bait. Can someone tell me how to fish this thing? Do you slowly or moderately recover?

Just get what you feel is best. Try different speeds and let the fish tell you how fast they want. Also, if you hold your rod tip up, subwart will walk on the surface. The lower you hold your rod more it will go.
