Everybody wants a flat stomach. These unsightly rolls of fat certainly do not help when you try to impress the opposite sex on the beach. They are unhealthy and can cause problems for you later in life. So if you're interested in stomach fat loss pure vanity, or you simply want to stay healthy in old age, then read on.

Let's Get Started

One of the biggest mistakes people when they try to get a flat stomach is now making a lot of exercises like Situpa and other devious schemes, in the false hope they will get a six pack stomach. The reality is somewhat different, because what happens is that ... yes, your abs will get stronger and you may well have a six-pack, but nobody will see them because they are buried under all the rolls of fat!
