Reminder Bands

I can not find my box of rubber bands, and my sister just got her braces off, so she has a replacement bag of rubber bands. Is it allowed if I use a reminder three weeks before my next appointment. The rubber bands are smaller than normal to me. How am I indeed? Should I wear them, or go into my orthodontist office and get another package?

You should go to the orthodontic office and get another package. The size and resistance bands you were given were probably chosen for what you need. The smaller ones are stronger when they are supposed to spend your teeth - they are also more painful and can cause the problem of over-correction. Just pick up another bag. Maybe pick up another one in reserve. I do not think you should use the right size.
