Raised Mole Removal

I have a mole on my face and 4mm well, it just broke my confidence. He raised and right next to the bottom of my nose, making it extremely sensitive is not in the right light, but ... I think I want it removed, but I am worried about the scar. I am very fair-skinned, so I do not think that's terrible, but again, I try to be all green. Does anyone know how he wound, has anyone had this happen to them? Also, how can I reduce the scar, if I go through with it. Please help!

I know several people who have had moles removed in the face. It leaves a small scar virtually invisible. Nothing to fear.
