Does anyone know any plans that are fast and effective?
I must be somewhere really important in three weeks and I want to look my best.
I really need to impress people.
I do not want to hear lectures on self-image or one of those things.
im asking you not to lecture me about how I would "love" my body. if I wanted, I asked my mother.

Go on a juice fast (and not just fruit), fresh juices, you can find. Do it for about two days or more, then add protein (no pork or beef) and vegetables. Do not eat after 19 hours you eat when your hungry. Daily exercise. You could see 10 lbs or more if you do this ... This is not the best way to do it, but you asked. Stay away from carbohydrates and sugar and carbonation. Eat food in its most natural form.

The only thing that could make a real change in three weeks would be to cut sodium and sugar, drink only water and the movement more. It takes much longer for real dietary changes to be felt.
