A PMS is a disorder that is accompanied by breast tenderness, bloating and muscle aches. This condition normally happens to women who expect their menses. This condition is normal. But when the premenstrual syndrome or PMS affect your daily life, they affect your body and mood and alters the way the law on you. Overall, women get PMS in their teens or early twenties.

The symptoms of PMS

PMS is related to hormonal changes experienced by the body during the menstrual cycle. Many doctors do not know the reason why the severity of symptoms varies from a different woman. Some of the main causes of PMS are:

These symptoms can vary from mild to strong and if they are severe, you may be suffering from premenstrual dysphoric disorder or PMDD, which is a very rare case.

Prevention and Treatment

PMS Treatment is easy. A change in lifestyle can provide an immediate improvement. You can:

a). Eat many foods.
b). Exercise daily or just at least 3 times a week.
c). Take vitamins and calcium-dependent and vitamin B6.
d). Back on foods that cause symptoms such as coffee, alcohol, chocolate, and too much salt.
e). Try aspirin, ibuprofen, or anti-inflammatory medicine if you feel no pain.

You may feel more comfortable and healthy after your menstrual cycle. You are relieved of their symptoms. But if you do not feel relief, it is best to discuss with your doctor. He or she can give you a diagnosis and treatment for your symptoms of PMS such as bloating and some acne. Some drugs are also given for severe symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. There are some drugs that make women feel better after taking small doses just a few days before and during their menstrual cycle. A drug that can relieve the emotional and physical symptoms are selective inhibitors of serotonin reuptake. Another is the presence of moderate and severe symptoms, which is a type of pill is usually sold as YAZ and Yasmin. If you take these medicines for your PMS, it is best to talk to your doctor and consult them before taking any medication on your own.
