Most doctors do not understand (unless you're a woman) variances body of a woman crosses.   • Indigestion
  • Cramps

Most women experience these conditions over the period and the reasons are quite simple.

The causes of IBS can be many times, including stress, poor diet, excessive exercise, poor sleep, etc.. But the biggest culprit of IBS is a simple imbalance of pH levels of the natural body.

What is pH? PH stands for "percentage of hydrogen" and is measured on a scale of 0-14. 7.0 is considered the neutral pH and anything below that is considered acidic and anything above is considered alkaline. The ideal pH balance for the body is seen at 7.4 on average - but of course it will be different for each individual.

Microbes thrive best in an acidic environment - and this may lead to an imbalance in the body of natural systems of waste. The worst case of pH imbalance in the body, you may develop acidosis is a condition that means your body is not dumping the waste properly on your system and you end up with the uric acid in the blood.

You do not want that to happen.

The best way to deal with IBS is to get rid of fried foods and fatty fast food and alkalinizing include in your diet.

forming acidic foods fried and fatty foods, UN-soured milk, meat and grain products, vegetables and fruit, chocolate and carob, alcohol and anything that contains yeast. (Just about all the things you love to eat.)

IBS does not mean you can not enjoy your favorite foods, you should pay attention to what you eat and changing your diet so that 60% of it consists of alkaline forming foods. And do not forget to drink water that has a pH balance of 7.0 to 7.4.

You can test your own pH balance very easily with the test strips for this purpose. Some of them use samples of urine, but others use saliva samples and get results almost immediately.
