Post Menopausal Vaginal Bleeding

Post Menopausal Vaginal BleedingBleeding Post Menopause: What causes it?

I take iron supplements for anemia. I am also taking a large quantity of cranberries in preventing urinary tract infections. Recently, the vaginal area has become extremely irritated, inside and out, and there was a small amount of blood (I see it on toilet paper, it is not enough to identify my pants). It seems to come from outside, not inside. Could iron or cranberry do that?

Sounds like you have an infection, yeast most likely.

When you get a yeast infection, the skin of the vulva becomes very irritated and may bleed. I do not think it's blood from the vagina, but blood from the skin of the vulva.

Consult your physician to confirm the suspicions, and you'll probably have a pill Diflucan (one pill and no more yeast infections!), And a little cream for external irritation.

Do not put off, there is no sense of suffering when there is no need!

You said he was bothered have you been scratching? Maybe you scratched too hard and irritated even worse? As far as I know, iron pills and cranberry juice would not make you bleed like that ... Of course, I'm not a doctor, but I had a hysterectomy so I know a bit about it .. but before I was on anyway Niferex iron * * drug if it is irritated or aggravated better than to see you OBGYN! Good luck!
