Pms Versus Pregnancy

My last AF was on July 18, and every month my period is 28-29 days later. My husband and I BD every other day since then. I have been pregnant before, but I can not remember how he goes.lol. Well, I had slight cramps, chest pain (mainly nipples) and dull lower back pain .. My AF was due on August 16 to 17.
Oh and I do not stress and my diet has not changed. I need all the help I can get. * Crosses fingers *

Have you taken a test? I think it would be prudent to test it, seeing how your period is late by one week. use first morning urine. If the test comes back negative, wait a few more days and test again.
Or you can go see your doctor and have a blood test, they tend to pick up lower levels of the hormone of pregnancy.

symptoms of PMS and symptoms of early pregnancy are the same. There's really no way to tell the difference without just wait and test when your period of delay. When I got pregnant this time I was on all the websites to try to understand the difference between PMS and symptoms of pregnancy!

Sounds like your pregnant to me .... I am 5 1 / 2 weeks pregnant and I have all the same symptoms. PMS and pregnancy syptoms are very similar. The only sure way to tell is by getting a pregnancy test! Good luck!
