Pms AggressionHow to control my aggression PMS?

every month before my period I'm so aggressive and obnoxious argumantative! its so bad that my life turns to hell and I feel im going crazy, and I fight against this creates more tension, it's like a habit every month to think about his breakup with my bf or less get into a big fight, it takes a toll on my life, and I even try to take tranquoalizers but they seem to help that, so what can I do?

Try not to stress! Remember that hormones your body right for you! Your not mean a person!
Try this meditation technique to calm yourself!

Sit down comfortably on the floor on a pillow, legs crossed, hands on your lap
With your eyes closed, take deep breaths through your nose and exhale through the mouth (Try exhaling through both nose and mouth to see which is more comfortable)
"It is important to focus on your breathing, count each breath as you exhale
-Try to empty your mind of all thoughts and focus only on your breathing, continue to count each breath (count to 10 and begin to repeat all times .. as many times as you need)
-At the end of the meditation slowly open your eyes, Stretch your arms and legs, and become aware of your surroundings again before getting up slowly.

You're not alone by any stretch of the imagination. Talk to your doc ob / GYN about this. There are several drugs based on hormones out there that are great for reducing the symptoms of a bad period (including cramps, emotional fluctuations and) ... They are based on modern contraceptive pills (most are just that, but at different doses). your doc can help you decide if it is right and that is ... Talk to him quickly, and tell your b / f he owes me a beer!

Your not the only candy, when I'm about to get my periods I'm really pissed, I'm on my bf and start arguments over the stupidest things, sometimes it takes the debate and argues with me, but Finally, he stops to think, and wonder: "Are you to get your access rags"? lol You can take the kick boxing or type of exercise you can vent your pent-up anger, I joined a gym recently and when I start to feel irritable, I work hard so that my body is just physically exhausted, so I can t even find the strength to argue about stupid things, it helped a lot.
Just a chat to your man after the end of your cycle (when your in a better frame of mind) and tell him that when you act like that is not you, it's just your hormones talking. I'm sure he'll understand, you could get a calendar and write on it when it is time "Caution I'm PMSing!" It will remain on your path a little.

cut out tea and coffee also take a look at your diet in general, it makes a difference in what you eat and drink special burden for sweets. I would consult your doctor as well.

Ah So do I. If you got your first period comparatively recent, that's why. Apparently, it is easier to control as you age.
