Need info on ancient chess game table / made in Victorian times, inlaid Tudor Rose carved solid walnut, oak eng? I recently found a coin that is simply awesome and I would get a response from the art world. The play is a chess game table Victorian / about 1850-1855. This is a table for two. I was quite surprised by this piece because of the finish. It is solid walnut carved, inlaid English oak, hand carved with Tudor roses inlaid in the table and legs. The four legs are joined at the bottom with a piece of the center of Nice in the middle. Would you like to receive as much information as possible on this piece.
You are advised to take it to a reputable dealer for analysis and antique value.
