Pcos SpecialistVictoria Beckham: crisis fertility pcos

"Posh Spice" Victoria Beckham is reported to suffer a major source of female infertility called polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) while attempting to become pregnant again.

The latest issue of the magazine now claims the English pop singer and her husband, soccer superstar David Beckham have been trying for a fourth child for the last three months. The magazine reports that they are now consulting specialists in both Los Angeles and London.

During a routine examination at London's exclusive Portman Hospital two weeks ago, the 34-year-old Spice Girl was warned by doctors that her fertility rate is lower at the time of her first baby. The Beckham have three son - Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, five, and Cruz, three.

A Now magazine source said: "Victoria is suffering from PCOS and irregular periods, both of which can affect her chances of having a baby. She tries not too nervous as she knows it will not help, but it is becoming increasingly a concern. "

PCOS is a disease breaks my heart, but manageable reversible caused by an imbalance of hormones. It can seriously disrupt the menstrual cycle in women and is thought to affect 10-15% of women in the world of childbearing age. A classic symptom of the condition is non-existent ovulation, without which pregnancy is impossible.

Fifty percent of women with PCOS are overweight or obese. But it can also affect adolescents and women of normal weight and healthy, and even lean women. Postmenopausal women are also vulnerable to PCOS.

Other symptoms include skin conditions like acne and brown spots, excessive fatigue facial and body hair and mood swings, hair loss in women and decreased libido .

A balanced, nutritious diet combined with regular exercise to achieve weight loss, however, has been shown to significantly improve the management of PCOS symptoms and, in many cases, even make them disappear.
