fibroids do not cause pain. Ovarian cysts can cause pain, but it could ovulation. If you have an ovarian cyst, it should go away on its own in 6-8 weeks. You could do a pelvic ultrasound to check the presence of cysts and fibroids. If you had an ectopic pregnancy, you would have had a positive pregnancy test. An ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy that implants outside the uterus. It would cause pain and bleeding, but since your test was negative, you do not have an ectopic. I think the bleeding you had been a period. There may just be lighter than normal.
