Osteoporosis Back Pain

Posted on March 13, 2010.
Osteoporosis Back Pain37 weeks pregnant with osteoporosis and back pain?

I am 24 years old and was diagnosed with osteoporosis about three years ago because of my bones do obsorbing calcium in my body. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and have had back pain for the past few days, but yesterday and today was really bad. Its my lower back and pain is constant. I am almost sure of its workforce not cuz my stomach does not contract / tighten as it should. Its two-way remote or hardly at all. My mother said that maybe something is wrong as my spine because of my osteoporosis. Could someone help in this regard. The pain is still there, but no worse than other times. When it is so bad it pains very bad.

Yeah, the back would just hurt because of your pregnancy. Call your doctor and see what they say. I'm sure it's nothing, but if you're really worried just give them a call. doctors' offices usually have a nurse line you can call and ask about them and they remind you.

since you are so far along, maybe you have back labor? I have no back pain during pregnancy or during labor, but the baby was shot correctly. Maybe the baby's head is facing and putting pressure on the spine, since it is probably so low right now?
