Calcium suppliments can help mild forms of osteo arthritis pain? My MRI showed 2 Tiny white spots in the knee thought MD was the cause of pain.
Physical therapy is much better pain relief than the pills.
I have a blog, and I posted on my dog's arthritis and the cure I found. Lukey is old, painless, and all is well. I hope this helps. ... www.aqualytebizhealth.blogspot Flag
Unfortunately not. As its name implies, supplements are calcium supplements only. It does not help any type of pain. A Bufferin could help you more.
Calcium is really only for bone health ... it does not help directly to the joints.
However, there are several natural supplements that help maintain healthy joints, which can eliminate the cause of pain. The most popular are Microlactin, cherry, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, hyaluronic acid, Litozin (Danish rose hips), and bromelain.
The only thing to really pay attention to allergies is. Glucosamine is generally Microlactin shell and is made from milk. Until you are not allergic to them, you should have no problem. Good luck!
Calcium helps maintain the integrity of bone, but does not affect the levels of pain in any way. Yes, you can take glucosamine and see what can be achieved. You can try to spin as a way to increase mobility and strengthen your knees. Low impact and if done properly is good for the knees.
Calcium is a plus for bone health, so you should take it. But if you want something natural that will help then I go with some anti-inflammatory supplements and Cox-2 inhibitor. Something like Isotonix Resveratrol, Omega 3 fish oil, and / or Isotonix OPC-3. They are perfect to help with arthritis and pain it causes. You can check for yourself on the link below.

I had osteoarthritis in his left knee for some time (sports injuries). I use Greens + formula for building bone, 4 grams of vitamin C, vitamin D 4000IUs, magnesium supplements and extra ginger. Also, I do a lot of walking and weight to the knees and hamstrings.
I tried everything else over the last 10 years and this format works the pain yet.
