I was wondering if anyone knows any natural remedies for PMT and depression? I had a baby seven months ago and often feel weak and suffering bad PMT. I do not really want to start taking prescription drugs and wondered if anyone knew a natural remedies?
Ladytoob advice is very important. Nightlife is really important, preferably as part of a plan or "routine" kind of therapy. I guess all our conditions are different, but the methods that avoid more chemicals are almost always better (after all, even the herbal SSRI such as St. John's wort, are still chemicals).
Counseling and psychotherapy have helped me enormously, but they do not "help" you! They are not "cure" you. You must establish a goal (or goals) to work on. (Which of course a good counselor or therapist can help you - but my hunch is that if you have already set these yourself, by whatever means, then the treatment is probably much more likely to be effective. Mainly because you make more productive use of your short unfortunately, these courses - assuming you are not spectacularly wealthy).
To help you do consider, first, in depth - in fact, a deep - following five categories, which I believe must be addressed in order to have a good quality of life: 1) Food in your stomach, seriously: not any time you can afford to eat, but watch what you really know about health, nutrition agreeable to prepare food so it is (at least somewhat) a point The highlight of your day, etc. 2) A roof over your head, as above: the surroundings are beautiful house? (Not necessarily "cheap") comes from Nice. Not crowded, full of junk mail, dusty, hard to keep clean and tidy - and not in a laboratory, like - all clean, tidy and in reasonable health, and therefore aesthetically pleasing, even before you add your own touches. 3) Someone to love / love, all meaning, not just intimate. 4) Something to do, so to speak regularly "meaning of life" (your work, your child.) 5) Something to hope, even if it is simply to ensure that you have all day to take time prepare a good meal or going to bed a little earlier than before, reading a good book (picking up something to make you laugh and cry like - while the former has its head in the clouds or the sand, while only one will make you depressed! - Everything by Bill Bryson work here!)
Really go to town 'significantly and reflect the widest possible means - and small - to fill these places. But make sure you fill them with things you really like. (For example, particularly "something to do" bit, especially if it is a job. Some jobs are much more "friendly" if they are only part-time).
On the other hand, (but there is no particular order in all this) is absolutely determined not to be up to the expectations of others to you. Make your choice on who you are (you can always change it later - people change!) And yourself! Doing this can create quite a large explosion, but do not worry, those still standing after the explosion there, by definition, be your true friends!

Enjoy your life and not think about anything other than your child because you're passing that the depression of your child. Relax. Or it depends on what life you have right now, just change for your son or daughter and he could help a little. This is the best thing you can do to your property and your.
