THE worst I have PMS, has anyone of natural remedies or ways to make my horrible PMS go? I cry over random things, I'm selfconcious further, I have stomach aches, I get angry at random things, and I feel tired. Does anyone know what I can do to help these symptoms? How do you manage your PMS? Anyone have any natural remedies? Does exercise works for you guys? Thank you!
I got a speed desktop punching bag / off of the Amazon, and I beat the snot out of it alive. A baseball bat for a pillow can also work well for the assault on. But if you BF walks in one of these sessions, they tend to panic a bit. Whoopsie! Well, it relied thereafter. ;)
It helps to know its PMS, and realize that I'm acting out of character. I usually tend to withdraw a bit and catch up on books or movies that I am interested and have not got around to reading / watching. There is always time to try the bubble bath as well. I usually feel better just getting the aggression, and taking "me time".
This looks more like PMDD. Call a doctor. Things could be taken seriously.
I always feel a little down on myself during my period too. For cramps I take Midol and use a heating pad on my belly. I'm also going for walks and do some stretching. You should try to drink hot tea too. It always helps me!
Good luck!
I just try to think positive and realize that it will be over in a few days. lol
Yes ... I get very tired and sensitive and self-conscious. Sometimes it's embarrassing and I wish the guys would go away because they do not understand these issues very well.
that happends to me when im on my period. it may be a chemical imbalance.
Exercise, eat light and healthy, and take painkillers. If necessary, talk to your doctor.
I totally understand, I'm not on any medications, birth control, and do not want to take. But, working to help me a lot to get rid of cramps, fatigue and homes on my face. The only side effect I feel is that your flow is heavier form of movement and I also get clotting. If this fails to take the prenatal pill, they curve symptoms.
I know what you mean I have the same problem. Recently I went on the pill and that really helped, but I know that this is not really natural. I'v heard that exercise works and it worked for me in the past, but I think I prefer to curl up into a ball and cry for PMS rather than run around.
apply acne creams, and so do not play with it
