Molluscum Images

I recently came to the conclusion I have Molluscum contagiosum. I have Fordyce spots, but I was not sure about this little red bump on the bottom of my tree. I read that they come one at a time and they look almost like pimples. I made an image and the results were dead. I have a small red bump with a dome head ... like in the pictures.

Anyway, when I began to examine it, I notcied it was sinking. A small point fluid came from the dome, soo I wiped. It was oozing quite regularly and I need advice on how to deal with it. I can not erase for one year in the hope that the virus will die. Is it normal to sweat? Should I try to go ahead and get all the liquid out of it? I intend to order online medicine, but I need help with this problem which oozes.

I need help ... please.
