Did you save your menstrual period dates on your monthly calendar? I mean like write it on your calendar scheduler.
When I started having periods of first, I was 8 years old, and they always told me that I should record the dates on my calendar.
I .... but not until recently, because we are trying to get pregnant ... so that really helps.
I suppose I should, but I do not.
I do. It just makes a whole heck of a lot easier for me!

Yes, because it gives me some indication as to when the next one to start, or did, until I became perimenopausal and things have become irregular. Now I do it to show my doctor the reason for my irregularity. * Sigh * I wish he would just stop now.
I do. I just put a small dot on the bottom of each day. This way if I think I'm late I can check if my last period was.
No, I take the pill and can always tell where I am in my cycle, looking at the pills I have left.
but just an FYI if you go for X-rays, they always want to know the date of your last period and I never know if I make a proposal, because I know I'm not Preggo.
Yeah. I never really paid much attention, but for the last two years I have been monitoring them. Helps me know when I'm waiting for my next year because, for most of my life, I never really knew for sure when I would begin. also makes it much easier when I go to the doctor because when they ask what the date of your last period was done, I can answer them.
