Menopause And AlcoholShould we make alcohol illegal?

With all the problems caused by alcohol, is not it time we make it illegal again? How can we let this stay? Why does our society put up with a bunch of drunks? Look at all the problems caused by alcohol.

I totally agree!

Marijuana should be legal instead!

Prohibition did not work before and would never work in our time. Our jails are overcrowded now. They would never be able to hold all the people who make alcoholic beverages. Making it illegal is not the answer, but personally I would not mind not having in this world at all. It does destroy people and their families. Moderation is the key to everything and this is particularly true with alcohol.

If I remember the last time that was tried, the Mafia gained a ton of influence, and the shooting was invented.

And people still have not stopped drinking!

It's not so difficult to make your own booze, whatever. This is probably the main reason. When you drive problem underground, a black market springs, organized crime is involved, and it becomes impossible to solve the problem at all.

So why the fu * k is it the governments business what I put into my body? Everything should be legal, and everyone should be responsible for their own actions. But the functioning of government is to control every aspect of our lives to "ensure our security," and I say I am conservative.

Moderate alcohol consumption is not bad for you, as a matter of fact, one glass per day is good for you.

Doing anything to excess is unhealthy, such as overeating (something).

sound is bad, worse than marijuana, but they have tried and like any drug prohibition, it does not lower to improve things, it creates more crime to prevent something like that

Read your history books. It has been tried once. It was called prohibition. It did not work, but just create a basement and crime bosses such as Al Copon.

......... and history repeats itself in the 3 .. 2 .. 1 ..

Isn't it already exists?

just because you're not old enough to drink, also tried once a.
