Lumbar spondylosis sacred and a burning sensation? Recently I was diagonised with lumbar spondylolysis and L5-S1 sacred verterbrae. Doctor informed the lumbo sacral belt wearing and taking calcium tablets. But I'm having a burning pain in the lower back. Sometimes, the pain spread to my left arm and left thigh. While doing excercise or riding on two wheels as I am getting this type of pain. What should I do? T-it leads to paralysis? What are the treatment options? Anyone working in the medical field, please clarify my doubts. (I'm already sick with anxiety.)
To start off this two-wheels! You could do more damage than good. It seems that Nerve Damage starts burning pain IS a nervous GO See DR. ABOUT IT FAST before further damage. U probably need to take ALEVE OR another form of anti-inflammatory GET swelling. CALL FOR YOUR DR advice or treatment of inflammation, and rest! LET IT HEAL
There is no cure for this disease with an orthopedic surgeon. Take the help of a therapist and acupressure or Sujok will make you feel happy again. I'm too far away to manage your condition. It is a curable disease, because I have made many similar complications. Take pain medication to get rid of your problem until you find the above in your therapist on site. Going to the doctor will not help. Take care and be healthy.
My two older children that have both. They ran cross country, track and played basketball at school, and my daugher is pregnant with her second child, and two of them have a desk job. They found they have to stay physically fit, but by running, walking, sitting no more. They also go to physical therapy off and on land and sauted exercises. It does not lead to paralysis. They both also have spina bifida occulta and lead completely normal and full life. Maintain a healthy weight is key. Good luck. Try not to let anxiety about what might happen down there.
Good luck and God bless.
