Left Ovarian Cyst

is 4.8 cm and considered "complex". I go to gyn for Thurs biopsy. and I'm not sure how they go about this procedure. Also, since the cyst is quite large relative to normal cysts, how is it removed? I am an irregular menstrual cycle and am not sure if British Columbia could operate. that seems to irritate him. I have been bleeding for over two weeks now. ideas??
