Irregular Pap TestHas anyone ever had an irregular Pap smear before?

Hello ... im women 22 5 * 4 £ 110 ... I just recently passed a Pap smear and the doctor called me back and said it was illegal ... it didn't explain what she wanted just to say the cells of my cervix where irregular and return in a year because they can not regulate the same or it may be worse ... nobody knows anything about it please ... I need more answers ... Thank you. ..

How long have you been seeing this doctor! You need to go see someone else! I had one four months ago and then I had to go get a colposcopy and returning Stage 3 by the cancer cells! Then three months ago I had to get a FDR did! So if you have abnormal cells, I think they need to check this more back next year! I had a spray about 10 years ago and nothing came of that. But I think you should call your doctor or return or go to someone else!

The same thing happened to me 3 years ago. She even says it can early stages of cancer. I went to pieces in my cervix removed for tests and everything. I also went to another doctor and they told me that everything was not necessary because they bind offten and it is not illegal to have abnormal paps ... If your doctor agrees with it a greater chance of your fine, even if you feel uncomfortable about it to make an appointment six months and have boiled what do I done and everything was ok !!!!!! 1

Yes - I had an abnormal Pap smear. The doc asked me to come back and take a second test to confirm the PAP - the second came out normal. I would do a second test done instead of waiting a whole year worrying. My neighbor is a nurse and told me that the Pap test they give now a days is very sensitive and can take some things that will eventually go away on their own.

I got these results as well, but I think it is very rare that your doc tell you to return in a year. Normally, it must return every 3-6 months to keep an eye on cell growth. several times, however, your body heals it self and your PAP can return to normal.
