Can someone give me the menu for the idiot proof diet? I just googled the so-called idiot proof diet and sounds interesting ... wondering if I could get aa few days to see if the menu is something that I could lose weight
The only way you can lose weight is a real plan. Matin toast wheat bread course with a little milk or juice. Later, some fruits and vegetables, then to have six hours of chicken with vegetables, and if u get hungry during the night, peanuts and water .. Drink water allllllll cold day .. Studies show that your blood hot and cold potable water makes u lose weight much faster!
