Do tea weight loss pills really work green? I just bought a big bottle of pills green tea weight loss, they really work? And advice on weight loss?
Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and you can easily do so without using any diet pills. These pills may get more than 2 pounds off per week but it is unhealthy and probably not sustainable. Once you stop the pill the weight will come back and you will gain more weight than you lost putting you in a worse situation. Instead of attempting to lose weight quickly try to do over time. If you're not really you should not worry about how to lose weight quickly, afraid of being healthy. diet pills do they still work only become a person dependent on them so that once they stop taking them, they grow ... Try using green tea is actually not the pill! Another way to lose weight is to simply eat more healthily and try excercizing. Do not eat late at night and do not eat foods that will see the weight loss. It's that simple ... a pill isn't going to change your weight.

frankly my dear, the key to losing weight is to stop being lazy. it's all mental.
do u think weight loss easily in just a magic pill? This attitude is just plain laziness. and the longer you stay longer you stay lazy as you are.
weight loss comes with the right eating and exercise, discipline and love.
Some people love their cars more and treat their car better ... giving him the best of petrol and oil etc. .. but God forbid they pay attention to what is happening in their bodies.
Now stop this lazy attitude. throw the pills. Eat healthy. If you hate exercise, finding something to do thats assets that does not feel like exercising - running to the mall, taking the stairs instead of the escalator, swimming, dance to 80 songs an hour alone in your room when nobody is looking (i do) walk your dog an extra mile. Your dog would love it.

EDIT: Listen, you asked. Just because you do not like my answer you do not get all defensive person and curse. Usually when someone gets defensive, they are injured because they know it's the truth. To curb the appetite you need discipline. You know what discipline is good?
And since you're lazy and didn't read my post all I just wanted to be lazy is intellectual laziness. You can work 10 hours straight and still mentally lazy. If you can not control that you are thinking about whether to eat a burger or not additional, then you are lazy.
