Getting Rid Of Floaters

My right eye has floats and the doctor told me to just learn to live with it. I am taking lutein and bilberry from a very good product. Someone else has ideas on how to get rid of floaters in alternation. I really do not want laser treatment. A float Anyone experienced in his eyes and managed to get rid of them?
