Genital Warts Misdiagnosis

Genital Warts MisdiagnosisMisdiagnosis of HPV and HSV genital warts?

I had a bunch of tiny speck looking warts on the body of my penis. I went to my doctor and he suggested they were warts and he was not sure at first as they were very small. However, they were always very itchy and painful. He prescribed imiquimod (Aldara) and I took a whole course of it and saw no improvement. Meanwhile, I could get an appointment with a dermatologist and the dermatologist told me they were HPV warts and all genital warts are caused by one of several strains of HPV. I described the treatment less success with Aldara. However, it was stressed that it should work. Later, I was precribed Condylox gel. Although very severe and uncomfortable, the gel was clearly Condylox warts. When I thought that the warts are gone, I had severe itching on my shaft and the foreskin, which instantly transformed into a group of tiny warts. On the basis of itching, pain, I feel they are warts warts herpes. However, my dermatologist told they are warts HPV. In addition, between seeing the general practitioner and dermatologist visits, the results of my STDs such as chlamydia, herpes, HIV has returned. They have all been negative except for HSV-1. I was told that HSV-1 only causes sores on the occasion. So I removed the HSV-2. However, now I think it could be HSV-2 and the warts are warts that I have herpes. If it is true, I think I might need antiviral treatment instead of local. Please help with any type suggestions you may have about it.
Thank you.

yes It appears that you have warts, because they have reappeared in the same place! Aldara and is not the best choice!

In this case Wartrol is a good (probably the best) product that gets rid of genital warts and makes you feel more confident knowing that they usually show.
It worked for me!
I do not know if all pharmacies carry Wartrol but I know that you must buy directly from the manufacturer and find out more about the product here

They have a free supply of a few months yet
Hope this helps

try propolis, ive been taking it for a while now and I feel good. It helps cure HPV, cancer, and other things hepititus. Good luck!

Ok, there is no such thing is "warts herpes." Either you have genital herpes and warts. It appears that you have warts because of how they present themselves. Warts are not Always leave at once. Sometimes you need multiple treatments.

And the fact that you tested for HSV-1 is quite normal. Most people test positive for this - almost 90% of us. HSV-1 is normally located on the mouth but can appear on the genitals if it was adopted, as orally.

I would like to return to your doctor and tell him what happens. Have the doctor look more closely. I think your doctor will suggest another treatment. There are many ways to treat genital warts.
