Fibroid Cyst In Breast

I ovulated on November 13, had sex that night with my husband and he retired. Four days later, two of my breasts started to feel heavy and tender. On 20 November, I noticed that my left breast was bigger than my right breast and also much more tender. I felt around and noticed a lump in my breast.
I went to a nurse practitioner today and she did a breast exam and said she thought I had a fibroid cyst and that I probably was not pregnant. I asked him why I had an affection for both of my breasts, because this is abnormal for me. She said it was just hormones.
I'm still too early to make a home pregnancy test yet. I'll have to wait one more week. But did anyone understand why my breasts would be tender all of a sudden and why this all just began this month?

You probably have a condition call fibroid cyst disease. And that may be causing the problem you say you have. Your doctor may give you a sonogram and a mammogram. To be sure what it is.
