I do not know how they work other than have one with your GP, and two months is abit short to worry about infertility, that not many people do much until you have tried for at least a year or two. If you encounter any problems or concerns, I suggest you go see your doctor for advice, tips and resources to help you improve your chances of getting pregnant.
