Is there any easy simple ways to lose weight? My BMR is on the margin of obesity. Are there any simple and easy ways to lose body weight quickly without exercise difficult?

I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on this. She has nothing else!
Here are some points of weight loss, I took over the years:
- Exercise 6-7 days a week.
- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt.
- Take 10-12 cups of water per day. And try to drink ice water, it burns more calories.
- Take enough vitamins, especially those that promote weight loss (as 1800 mg. On fish oil, vitamin B complex, Coenzyme Q-10, etc.. Do your research).
- Drink green tea or take green tea pills (it has been shown to speed up your metabolism).
- For the love of your metabolism, eat within 1 hour of waking up and not eating three hours before bedtime.
- Try a vegan or vegetarian (it worked for me: D).
- Drink 12 ounces of hot lemon water (use the juice of half lemon) with a little sea salt every morning. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing.
- Or, if giving up meat just is not your thing, just count calories.
- Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour.
- Stay away from corn syrup rich in fructose and hydrogenated oils.
- Eat every 2-4 hours to keep your metabolism.
- Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day.
- Try to get 6-8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep increases your appiteite 15%.
- Sugar and artificial sweeteners are the devil. If you have a sweet tooth, take a little fruit.
- Avoid all junk food, fast food and fried foods.
- Try drinking only water, tea and coffee black. There are so many hidden calories in beverages.
- Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, etc.) and stay away from refined or "bad" carbs.
- Remember to read labels. They hide so much junk diet "foods now days. My rule of thumb is, if I can not pronounce it, I will not put in my body. Because you are what you eat.
