Drugs For Osteopenia

Posted on March 6, 2010.
Drugs For OsteopeniaWhat are the appropriate means to treat osteopenia (or osteoporosis) without using prescription drugs?

I work for a lady who has osteopenia (a form of osteoporosis) and she wants to try alternative treatments. She also tries to find a form of vitamin supplements or who have calcium, vitamin D, boron, Mangesium, and / or other elements that help protect bone mass. If you know or can give advice, please let me know!

These are all good, but D3 is better than D.
I take acid hylaronic too. Wal-Mart sells in the driveway of the vitamin.
Omega fatty acids are also good.
antioxidants, ginkgo, C, E, zinc and selenium are also good.

You do not know if it would be able to lift weights, but that helps build and maintain bone density. The best thing you can do for your bones.

Have you seen this vitamin mineral liquid called 10-in-one?
