!!!!!!!? Diverticulitis Diet I was recently hospitalized for acute diverticulitis and was told that I should follow a low residue diet for 3-4 weeks followed by a diet rich in fiber. They gave me a plan with the hospital about 4 foods listed in each food groups.I'm tired of the same items and I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and what foods worked for 'em. Also how to go about mixing the old with the new regime? I'm so afraid of another reaction like I just experienced. I'm on Cipro and Flagyl which makes me very nauseous and someone tired.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
