healthy snacks:)? Everyone knows all filling and delicious snacks to eat a diet?
If anyone has some nice recipes and I have them. My weight has plateaued, so I'll try to vary what I eat a little now:)

Baked potatoes are so healthy and very filling. to vary with different vegetables and salads or cheese.
Grilled chicken is low in fat and a good change from ordinary.
Also fruit grilled on toast is strangely beautiful! Cut apples or bananas on it.
Popcorn is high in fiber and is also quite complete if you pop in your popcorn machine clean.
The soups are so nice and too filling. Lenses or any other kind of vegetbles mixed in a pressure cooker is a good meal in itself.
Oats (or oatmeal) is so healthy, but a bit bland I add a little sugar and a little yogurt and berries is very tasty!
Just Naturals are very nice, nothing added and very satisfactory
they are usually beside which all other cereal bars, etc. are
up a fruit salad, chunks and eat immediately, ideal for any time of day or night .........
Celery and dip vegetables and South Beach Diet bars are both filling and good for you.
Here are some good tips I had for my son in a weight management center diabetes: 8oz glass of water before meals. Decrease portion sizes of each meal, use smaller plates, walk at least 15 minutes per day, not less soda is diet, and even then, not often, do not use Propel Gatorade use, no cases more than 100 calories and not after 19 hours. Use whole grains, no added fat or heavy concentrated sweets. (There are a lot of natural fruit sugars as well)
