I have a yeast infection and diabetes, what should I do if!? im confused is the yeast eating sugar I eat nutritional yeast or is offf glucose in my bloodsugar? I had a chocolate bar ... What will be the worst?
At this point, you have a yeast infection so I worry more about it than the chocolate bar (as long as you bolused suitable for chocolate, of course). The course of treatment generally cons work very well for me. Also eat yougurt can help (it adds yeast good probiotics kill bacteria in your body). Talk to your doctor to keep a strict reign on blood sugars, and good luck!
When you eat food, it ends in blood glucose. From there, insulin, exercise your body to be used as energy. If there is not enough insulin, sugar spill your blood flows in your urine. Since you pee very close to your vagina, the sugar in your urine becomes a source of food of choice for Candida, or yeast.
To get rid of a yeast infection, you will almost certainly get a prescription from a doctor, either a cream or suppository or Diflucan or another pill. However, even if you take this treatment, the yeast back until your blood sugar is under control and you do not spill sugar in your urine.
The overflow threshold is different for everyone - some people may be in the 200 sugar in their urine, while some may be without it 400S. Tell a endocrinoligist about your insulin levels if you have trouble controlling your sugars, and good luck. Yeast infections (and diabetes) are evil, but with a little work, you can be rid of yeast and control your sugar again.
yeast infestations are painful and itchy, see a dermatologist for a prescription to kill the e disaease and get a little comfort. The Rx is usually a cream ointment. They are not always caused by sexual contact.
The chocolate will make your sugar level rise, but what I know will have no effect on the problem of yeast.
your vag is not a sponge sugar. Usually a cookie to give you a yeast infection, unless your blood sugar is high. If you eat sugar and sugars in your good living (taking enough insulin) you should not have a problem with yeast. but if your sugars are high, the yeast will feed on it.
obtaining orders of yeast and reassess your treatment of diabetes.
Yeast infections are common with diabetes. My doctor told me that. Basically, you treat each infection as other people, go see the doctor and get medication. hyperglycemia may give more chance for you to develop yeast infections so watch for yourself.
Although most women will experience at least one yeast infection during their lives, people with diabetes are particularly susceptible. Among women with diabetes, vaginal secretions contain more glucose or sugar, because of higher amounts of glucose in the blood. Yeast cells are nourished by this excess glucose, causing them to multiply and become a yeast infection. In addition, hyperglycemia interferes with immune functions that help prevent yeast infections. Yeast infections in women with diabetes may mean that levels of glucose in the blood are not well controlled or that infection is brewing in another part of the body.
You eat sugar found in your bloodstream.
You can get drugs in yeast on the counter in pharmacies and grocery stores, just make sure that this is not a homeopathic remedy, because they contain the same organism (C. albicans) than you too.
Your family doctor or OB / GYN can prescribe a stronger cream or vaginal suppositories, or a pill. I like the pill, Diflucan, because I can take orally, and usually only one or two pills are required.
You are more likely to have yeast infections because of your diabetes. If you take antibiotics, then.
