Daily diet? I am a guy real access, but my eating habits suck. and I suck at cooking. I was wondering if you could write a simple daily regimen for me. Ofen I go to Quiznos or Subway ... Please mention healthy meal options to "fast food restaurants" ...
If you go underground, to stick to meals Jared. Do not get you know, shit pizza or something. Stick with turkey and ham, or whatever is in the menu Jared.
Then, whenever you go to a place of fast food, try to avoid burgers and things. For example, McDonalds. Chicken Nuggets> Big Mac ... chicken nuggets give proteins .. that Big Mac is fatter than nothing.
Any fast food place you go, just try to look for things like protein and nutrients well, instead of fat and fat ... what is difficult today and the days because most fast food is all fat. But there are always salads as well .=]
Subway is correct. Eat salad before your main courtyard. And try to go to Asian restaurants.
