Crash diets? I know this is not the way to go but I need to lose weight fast. Can anyone help me with a crash diet that will make me lose weight fast?
Yes, my darling as a former dancer, we often had to lose weight quickly. It is not pleasant but it works. Things do not stop eatting because you relaspe. # 1 meat forget, it is rich in fat and protein. Eat only and I mean that the spinach, cabbage, celery, cereal (his Raisan) without the milk (just dry outta the box). All these foods will make you shit like crazy. Not! These foods are all avalible in the box, the best is MORNING GLORY they have great flavor. You can also have beans and a weekly chicken breast prepared in olive oil. Do not believe the myth, on the water. It's a huge myth. Drink only when you are thirsty. If you really mad for some real food, soups are great. (Not white soup) are low in fat and very satisfying. Taste of tuna in the pack is also very good. So G'luck
Listen, do not crash diets, if you want to lose weight, you should try to lose weight the right way to reduce eating carbohydrates low cardio more fruits and vegetables and exercise, and water ,

ummm .... I'm 1 too! I make this thing if you drink a lot. if the water! 4-8 gallons of water per day! It seems impossible, but it is not, I was on it for a week and I gave up books here and there! Drink plenty of water, you will feel full and it will reduce your calories and you lose wieght! wa-la! Is not that wonderful?
