Cervical Subluxationcervical subluxation?

I was in a car accident and after XR and MRI the doctor said that my problem is subluxation of the cervical C2-C3. and im having back pain, but X-rays have shown nothing and i lost all the strength of my fingers. My doctor says it's all the time I'll feel better, but I do not know, I do not feel right, all this evil what do I do

Weakness of the fingers as you have suggested the possibility of nerve root anterior impingment (C2). This should be followed, and if the weakess persist or worsen, surgery may be necessary.
