Who can suggest a home remedy for BP? I have numbness on my right foot and hand particularly at night, it increases my BP 140/90 (taking pills) and suffering from cervical lay. I can not sit in one place for more than 30 min. pls suggest. MY age is 43

Ditch eat packaged foods like fresh fruit as much as possible and to prepare and vegetables and lean meats and fish as often as possible ........ packaged food has an appalling number of processed and highly refined salt man was nutritionally empty white sugar.
Find ways to effectively manage your stress such as exercise, yoga, meditation, singing, dancing, laughing ... hey, whatever makes you feel good.
Make sure you get enough sleep every day and try not to do everything yourself ...... get family members to share the load.
