Cervical Disc Hernia

Cervical Disc HerniaWhat does Louise Hay say about the cervical spine (neck) problems?

I'm traveling and can not get my books at home. My buddy has two hernias (slipped discs, more or less - we think) in the spine - lower cervical region (neck). What does Louise Hay say about this kind of thing?

Thank you for any help!

For neck problems, she said: "Refusing to see other sides of an issue. Stubbornness, inflexibility. "The claim is it suggests: It is with flexibility and ease that I see all sides of an issue. There are countless ways of doing things and seeing things. I'm sure. "

The Chinese say that the pain in the neck just put too much pressure on yourself. A shaman can simply ask "What in your life is a pain in the neck?".

I had a similar problem several years ago that put me on disability and on the path of alternative medicine. The doctors could not help me except painkillers. What helped most was Yoga - very carefully and deliberately - with scullcap grass, oat straw per head, passionflower, valerian with homeopathic Black Cohosh (30c).

It should probably say that if your friend has any neurological deficit that must go seek help. This problem may take care of itself, but it can not. Tingling or loss of function in the arms and hands should propter you to go see a doc soon.
