Cervical Cage

I had an anterior cervical discectomy with cage fusion (C5-C6) on 1 July this year.
I have not worked for about nine weeks and have returned to work.
Tried to do some cleaning up today, as we are going to move and now I feel really bad. I had a headache and slight dizziness.
Does anyone know if it will completely disappear and I become the person I was before surgery ???????
Because I feel quite weak and venerable
So whoever had this op???

The recovery is incompatible ... some days better than others.Everyone seems to recover at different rates of recovery so slow is not something to panic about.
enough rest and proper diet (including fruits, vegetables, dairy products, proteins) will do you good.
