Is a candida cleanse be done successfully with a diet? Currently I am taking probiotics, oil and oreganol Citricidal
I suffer from chronic sinus infections.
The bad thing is I use a steroid inhaler for asthma, and often take prednisone for chronic nasal blocks ...
I do not feel anything unless I'm on prednisone for some time. The taste is diminished. My nose did not ... polyps had verified that. 'm Tired all the time, mind foggy.
Help .... all suggestions are welcome.
try taking the pill probiotics. they contain natural bacteria that oppose the yeast.
Make sure these things do not act against each other.
What about mint, chilies, mustard?
Also the nose of wax? Hurts like crazy the first couple of times.
I suppose it's possible to do a candida cleanse with a plan, but I can not imagine it would taste very nice.
Probably not a good idea to fry either, as this will probably be quite fattening. Grilled or boiled would probably be better!
colonics are a natural way to eliminate candidiasis, also cut out all dairy produsts.
In most cases a change of regime will provide almost immediate relief to many diseases / health issues. Being informed is important to make decisions for your health so I would recommend checking the website Phillip Day (see website below Receivable) - he strongly advocates the use of a good "food" to remove poor health. Have a listen to his short video and see if you feel comfortable with what he says and check the books and health products. You can even email him and he can advise you. Another great site is one of Dr. Mercola - treasure of interesting data.
You may even find that by following a healthy diet of your asthma will go too. Good luck and good health to you :-)
I think yogurt is very effective for problem. It works well if women are too cystitis.
I used to have very badly blocked nose until I tried a product called Rhinocort (as he is called in Australia - you can try googling to see if it is available elsewhere). Since I began a course of it I have not experienced the problem again and I breathe freely all the time.
You can try asking your doctor if another medication against asthma, you can try - there are few. And try to establish what triggers your symptoms, mainly so that you can avoid these substances - for me, nothing makes me sneezy wool immediately.
Also, try to eat good fresh food and avoid too much processed food as this can make a big difference.
Good luck!
I do not even know what it is .... never heard of a candida cleanse! What's this?
