Calcium OsteoporosisDo I need my calcium for osteoporosis TKE?

I have osteoporosis in my bones. I took fosomax for about 10 years now. I use to take calcium and vitamin D as well as fosomax. I want to know what the work of his own fosomax own or do I continue to take calcium and vitamin. fosomax will only work for osteoporosis? I am 61 years old. Thank you very much.

I am 47. I was told that I suffer from severe osteoporosis at the age of 42 years. It really used to hurt a lot. My fingers, back, headaches, decrease were very frequent.

Today, my bones are stronger than those used for 20 years. I never took calcium or vitamin D3, etc. Take a bath of sunlight per day for 10 minutes. Do not walk for 10 minutes twice a day.

Stop drinking water or other liquids with meals or within 2 hours of meals. Drink water 90 minutes before a meal. Approximately 6-8 glasses per day.

After 10 days to reduce water consumption to 3-4 glasses per day. In 15 days you will find.

Calcium and D3 are effective at the beginning and after some time, they become less effective.

The above will work on your metabolism and give u more energy and calcium and D3. But you keep these for another seven days, then stop.

Calcium intake has side effects other complications /. This has no side effects.
